Yemi Elesho is a Nigerian Standup comedian, content creator, actor and compere born on September 14, 1989.

Early Life

He was born in Kwara State and originally hails from Ikirun, Ifelodun Local Government, Osun State.

Yemi is the son of the veteran Yoruba actor, Adewale Adeoye well known as Elesho.

He attended Yemm Nursery/primary school Isale Oyo, Oyo State for his primary education. He went to Lagos State Civil Service Junior and Senior Model College, Igbogbo for his secondary education.

He also obtained a degree in Theatre Arts at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.

Career

The talented comedian started his career with anchoring events in neighborhood.

He makes his skit in his local dialect ‘Yoruba language’.

He created his Instagram account in 2015.

He has done numerous skits but came to limelight for his skit about Davido and Chioma after he bought her an expensive car.
