Pres. Jonathan Condoles Yuguda Over Mother’s Death

President Goodluck Jonathan has commiserated with Bauchi State Governor, Mallam Isa Yuguda on the death of his mother, Hajia Hauwa Yuguda, saying her lifestyle will continue to inspire her children.


President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan extends heartfelt condolences to Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi State and members of his family on the death of his mother, Hajiya Hauwa Yuguda.


A statement by presidential spokesman, Dr. Reuben Abati yesterday evening noted that Jonathan prayed Almighty Allah to receive the late Hajiya Hauwa’s soul and grant her eternal rest.

The statement made available to LEADERSHIP noted: “President Jonathan joins the Governor and the entire Yuguda family in mourning Hajiya Hauwa, whose modest, cheerful and compassionate disposition and lifestyle will remain a source of inspiration for her offspring and all who knew her.


“The President believes that Governor Yuguda, his siblings, members of their families and all others whose lives were positively touched by Hajiya Hauwa will forever treasure memories of her exemplary motherliness as well as her benevolence to the less privileged”.
