Hilda Dokubo was born on October 22.
She originally hails from Buguma, a town in Asari-Toru, River State.
She is the first child in a family of six children.
She attended St Mary State School Aggrey Road and Government Girls Secondary School for her primary and secondary education respectively.
She also obtained a bachelor and master’s degrees in Theatre Arts at the University of Port Harcourt.
She is said to have as a sibling, Asari Dokubo, the ex-militant boss and social commentator.
Career
Dokubo started acting in 1992 with a role in the movie “Evil Passion”.
She has starred in numerous movies such as Black Maria, Without LOve, Stigma and so on.
She once served as special adviser on youth affairs to the former governor of Rivers State, Peter Odili.
