Nélson Semedo Could Soon Be A Wolves Player

Wolves are about to finalise the signing of Nélson Semedo. The signing points to being done in the next few hours, and Nuno has already responded to questions about the Portuguese to the media.

Barcelona have everything done to let Semedo go in this transfer market, in a deal that could reach up to 40 million euros between set money and add ons.

On Tuesday, Semedo was again absent from Koeman’s training, with permission from the club, to complete his transfer to Wolves, who are already preparing the arrival of their new right-back.

Jorge Mendes has been key for the Portuguese’s move to come to fruition. The agent has various of his clients in Nuno’s side.

In fact, the Wolves manager has responded in the press conference about Semedo, about which he pointed out that they continue to work “for the objectives in the market”, without sticking his neck out too much.

“We had our goals identified and we have them. We are working on them. I’m sorry, but I can’t go much further on this subject. Let’s wait for things to become clearer”, the manager stated, before concluding: “Until the transfer window closes, we must balance our team”.
