Oyedepo: Daddy Freeze told to open a church, attack Buhari instead
Senior Pastor of Awaiting The Second Coming Of Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa has advised the popular Broadcaster, Ifedayo Olarinde, aka Daddy Freeze to channel his criticism on the bad administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The cleric, while addressing his members in Akure on Sunday, wondered why Olarinde had kept mute on the attacks on Christians in northern Nigeria and fuel price hike and electricity tariff.
Daddy Freeze had come under fire from several reputable clerics, including Senior Pastor, Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche; the founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, and several others for verbally attacking Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church.
The controversies generated by Daddy Freeze’s insult on Oyedepo may have finally come to an end in view of his apology on Saturday.
In his apology, he was quoted to have told members of the public, that he made the statement more than two years ago.
However, Giwa urged OAP to look for land and build a church if he is truly called by God.
“I advise Daddy Freeze or whatever he calls himself to look for land and build a church. Let him try to gather how many people he can get to worship God with him,” he said.
