Aston Villa Now Looking To Sign Rashica

English football does not seem to be too affected by the virus. Aston Villa just stayed up last season and they signed Ollie Watkins for 28 million pounds from Brentford.

Now, they are looking to get Werder Bremen winger Milot Rashica for 18 million euros. Aston Villa want to get away from the relegation zone and they are spending big. Despite finishing 17th in the Premier League last season, they can still make big signings.

Let us remember that Villa have paid 28 million euros for striker Ollie Watkins of Brentford. There is also talk of them paying 17 million pounds for Arsenal keeper Emi Martinez.

That is not all. ‘Sky Sport’ journalist Fabrizio Romano and ‘Bild’ say that Aston Villa are thinking of spending 18 million euros on Milot Rashica, the Werder Bremen winger.

The Kosovan wants to leave the German outfit and he has plenty of suitors in Europe even though no offer has been put in for him. In two and a half seasons, Rashica has scored 24 goals and given nine assists in 74 matches for Werder Bremen.

Apparently, RB Leipzig also asked about him and he was linked at the beginning of the summer with Borussia Dortmund. There were even talks with Napoli. However, it seems like his future lies at Aston Villa.
