For fans who have wondered why musician, Kingsley Elikpo a.k.a. DJ Zeez, has been away from the music scene for a while, now we know why.

DJ Zeez, known for his hit single “Fokasibe” has been away from the scene largely because of an ongoing litigation between him and his record label HF Music. Today, however, the case which had mostly been low key came to a head when a Lagos court ruled in favour of the record label asking the embattled artiste to refund over N22m to his label.

The presiding judge delivered the judgement stating that the sum of N22, 378, 605.70 was the total amount HF Music had spent from the commencement date of his contract until the point where he breached same, therefore, he
was to refund the money.

As always fans are commenting ion the judge’s ruling asking where the singer is supposed to get the N22m refund from.
