Nigerian Government Declares July 30th & 31st, 2020 As Public Holidays
The Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on behalf of the Nigerian Federal Government has declared Thursday 30th and Friday 31st July as a public holiday.
These two days are set aside for the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir which is mostly celebrated by the Muslims in the country.
The minister asked the Muslim to use this year’s celebration to pray for peace and unity in the country and also for stability in this crisis.
He, therefore, asked them to practice all the measures put in place to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus during the celebration.
He also called on all Nigerians to help in the administration of the current president asking them to take full responsibility.
