Stop crying, support APC – Lawmaker, Idimogu tells Igbos

Lagos State House of Assembly member, Jude Idimogu, has appealed to Igbos to support the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The lawmaker represents Oshodi/Isolo Constituency II.

In a chat with newsmen on Tuesday, Idimogu described the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as an old platform, adding that APC is the new national party.

“If we are even looking at a party that can give Igbos the chance at the presidency, it is the APC. Don’t say politics doesn’t concern you and when they make policies that negate your business, you start crying. Today, APC is the party that is ruling in Nigeria and in Lagos State. Instead of protesting that we are being marginalised, let us stop marginalising ourselves,” NAN quoted him as saying. Admitting that typical Igbo were businessmen, he urged them to be concerned about the politics of government.
