The Federal Capital Territory has confirmed that 17 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Abuja.
The FCTA made the announcement in a tweet via its Twitter account on Tuesday.
The Administration also announced that 4 additional patients have been discharged after showing full recovery from the viral infection.
The tweet reads
“17 NEW CASES, 4 NEW DISCHARGED IN THE FCT.
“Summary of COVID19FCT as at June 15th, 2020.
“Total number of confirmed cases: 1264.
“Total number of active cases: 885.
“Total number of patients discharged 353, with 26 deaths recorded.
“Residents are urged to take preventive measures seriously.”
