'Today I Have 18 Oscars'-Meryl Streep Reveals How She Was Denied A Movie Role For Being 'too Ugly'

Veteran Hollywood actress shared her very inspiring story on her Facebook page. She had being denied a role in the 70's version of the block buster King Kong because she was 'too ugly' for the role.

The 66 year old thespian who has starred in such hits as Devil Wears Prada and Iron Lady was told by the audition agent had that she was too ugly for the role, and that was the pivotal moment for her.
