According to the lawsuit, Mark Jones was hired to drive Wayne and his affiliates on his summer tour of 2014. When Jones stopped for gas, Wayne cursed until the driver became frightened. After continuing with the necessary refill, the rapper threatened to pistol whip him and then kill him.


If the threat wasn't enough, the artist currently in danger of a beef with Young Thugthen confronted the scared driver with a gun and said, "I want to get to the hotel now." With his life in danger, he obliged. They drove the 30-minutes and silence, and now he is suing for false imprisonment, assault, and emotional distress.
