After that a page will open asking you to Download 2go Or Get Help, kindly click on Get Help After the page had open, click on Lost password/PIN.

A page will open asking you to enter your Mobile number.

Note: Dont enter it this way 0706**** here is the way You should enter it 8832207*** Pls dnt put + sign in Your mobile number.
