Sky Sports reports that the midfielder is maintaining his fitness with his former club following the conclusion of the Major League Soccer season (MLS).
It is important to note that Jurgen Klopp is happy for the 35-year-old to train with Liverpool but ruled out him returning to their playing squad.
Gerrard was the player of Liverpool from 1998 till 2015. He has scored 120 goals in 504 appearances. Now he plays in the MLS for Los Angeles Galaxy.
