Kenyan Master degree holder stands on the road to plead for a job
Just days after a lady was given a job after she was spotted on the street of Nairobi with placard seeking for a job, a Master degree holder identified as Elijah Yegon has joined the moving train to advertise his skills to prospective employers.
The Economics and Statistics graduate worked as a Sales Representative at two different firms that later sacked him after they announced their plans to downsize. He later used all his savings to acquire a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi, hoping for a better job that never came.
The 29 year old was seen on the streets of Nairobi on Monday, carrying a placard asking for a job. In an interview with Nairobi News, he revealed that he has done approximately 500 applications both online and Physical this year with no feedback given
