Federal Civil Service Commission extends job application deadline

The Federal Civil Service Commission, FCSC, has extended application period for vacancies it announced.

This, the Commission explained, was to enable applicants correct, edit and submit job application in the FCSC portal.

The first extension period ended November 5.


Recall that the Federal Government in October announced vacancies in some of its Ministries.

A statement by the Nigerian Federal Civil Service, listed 90 Jobs, including the Department of Petroleum Resources, DPR for employments.

Ministries with vacancies include, Bureau of Public Procurement, Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity, Federal Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Federal Ministry of Power, Works and Housing, Presidency.

Others include, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, Federal Ministry of Transport, Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation, Office of the Surveyor-General of the Federation.
