My uncle first r*ped me when I was 14. He did it again and again and he’s ruined my life.

I’m an 18-year-old girl and I now live with my mum but she’s not very well. She’s always seemed weak and she can’t seem to deal with this life like a real mother should.

I finally worked up the courage to tell the police but they said there wasn’t enough evidence so I closed the case. I’ve spent time in a mental health unit but that didn’t help me either. I still get flashbacks from what happened to me when I was 14. I get panic attacks and I feel I can’t cope.
