Shocking Reaction from Angry Nigerians Over the Increase of Petrol to N145 Per Litre

Nigerians have been left in shock, fear and anxiety after the federal government today increased the petrol price to N145 a liter.

President Buhari-led Federal Government has today, Wednesday, 11th May 2016, officially removed subsidy on Premium Motor Spirit, also known as petrol as it will now sell for N145 per litre.

The news was made public via a statement issued by the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, at the end of a meeting presided over by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo in Abuja on Wednesday.

Nigerians have reacted angrily to the news. Irate youths and many other Nigerians have asked the Federal Government to 'kukuma kill dem'.
