A young girl is battling for her life after she was shot in the mouth by unknown gunmen in the Aluu Community of Rivers State.

According to witnesses, the girl was caught in a cross fire during a gang war by unknown men suspected to be cultists who were engaging each other in a shoot outthat lasted several hours.

The girl was reportedly hit in the mouth by a stray bullet, which left her jaws shattered and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where the doctors were said to be battling to save her life.
